So I’m sharing my new favorite green smoothie recipe.
Every few months I find a new favorite smoothie. In the summer, I lean toward tropical and seasonal fruits. In the fall, I crave my apple pie smoothie recipe. And right now, I’m obsessed with my Snickerdoodle smoothie.
Why am I obsessed with my Snickerdoodle Smoothie? Because it tastes like dessert, but feels like medicine (in the best way, of course).
This smoothie feels like medicine because it gives your body much needed nutrients through spinach and bananas. It tastes creamy and decadent from nut milk and almond butter. It it anti-inflammatory due to the cinnamon and flaxseed. Bottom line: it’s delicious and nutritious.
