The sixth annual International Day of Happiness was celebrated this week. International Day of Happiness is something I had no idea even existed until I read an excellent article. More on that later.

The theme of this year’s International Day of Happiness is Share Happiness. Which means focusing on the importance of relationships, kindness, and helping each other.

In this spirit, I am sharing the happiness with you. Because I want you, your friends, your family, and your loved ones to experience more happiness.
